Conference Information

The Registration Desk will open Wednesday, May 9 and Thursday, May 10 at 7:00 am in the lobby of the Mount Washington Resort, where you will be provided with Conference materials.

Early Arrival Reception:
For anyone arriving Tuesday, May 8, light refreshments will be served in the Conservatory from 5:00 - 6:30 pm. Conference speakers will be on hand to meet members. With support from our Summit sponsors, registration for all sessions, meals, and entertainment is free to Primex 3 members. Please register online before Friday, April 27, 2018. Register at nhprimex.org. Hotel reservations can be made with the Mount Washington through the link on our Primex3 website or by calling the hotel directly at 603-278-1000.

Guests

General sessions, concurrent sessions and entertainment are open to all members and their guests; however, there is a charge for guest meals. Please use the guest meal section on the website when you register.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify Primex3 by Friday, April 27, 2018. Your guest’s meal fees will be fully refunded. No refunds will be made after this date.

Conference Attire

Conference attire is business-casual for all sessions.

    Take I-93 North through Franconia Notch to Exit 35, Route 3N. Take Route 3N to Twin Mountain, NH and then follow Route 302E to Bretton Woods, NH.

    From I-95 or Route 101 or Route 4, exit onto Route 16N/Spaulding Turnpike to North Conway/Glen, NH. Follow Route 302W to Bretton Woods, New Hampshire.

Remember to identify yourself as a “Primex 3 Risk Management Summit Attendee” to get the Conference room rate. Primex3 does not handle room reservations.

The Mount Washington is pleased to extend the same group rate for Monday, May 7 and Thursday, May 10, for those attendees who wish to extend their stay.

The staff and management of the Mount Washington look forward to your stay. To be assured of accommodations, please make your reservation no later than Friday, April 20. In order to receive the preferred rate of $162.00 per night (+$20. hotel fee), you must identify yourself as a Primex3 Risk Management Summit attendee. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify themselves as a Primex3 Risk Management Summit attendee when making their reservation. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Late requests will be processed on a space and rate availability basis only.

Individual guest reservations require a deposit in the amount of one night’s stay. The advance deposit will be applied to the first night of your scheduled stay. MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and checks are accepted methods of payment. Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation and/or no-show charges equal to one night’s accommodation.

Check-in time is after 4:00 pm. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as availability allows. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Arrangements can be made for luggage storage through the front desk.

Dinner and Entertainment

Wednesday, May 9 dinner is casual dress. Dinner menu includes:

  • A Salad of assorted Baby Greens; Grape Tomatoes, Cucumber Ribbons, Herb Goat Cheese, with a White Balsamic Pear Dressing

    • New York Sirloin served with a Woodford Reserve Veal Demi
    • Airline Chicken with a Tomato Basil Broth
    • Cranberry-Crusted Salmon with a Maple Cream Reduction
    • Skillet Fried Polenta and Garbanzo Avocado Cake, Ratatouille with a Spinach Puree and Garlic Confit
  • Meal also includes rolls and butter, chef’s choice of starch and seasonal vegetable, and Chocolate Tart with a Berry Compote and Whipped Cream
